How to Avail Cashless Services (The Process)
To ensure a smooth cashless experience, please follow these steps at the time of admission:
1. Visit the TPA Desk: Upon arrival, please visit our dedicated TPA/Insurance Desk located in the main lobby.
2. Essential Documents: Please present the following original documents:
• Valid Health Insurance Policy card or e-card.
• Photo ID proof of the patient (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID, etc.).
• Employee ID card (for corporate tie-ups).
• Doctor’s prescription or advice letter recommending admission.
3. Pre-Authorization: Our TPA staff will assist you in filling out the necessary forms and will send a pre-authorization request to your insurance provider.
4. Approval: Once initial approval is received from the insurance company, cashless treatment will commence.
Important Note:
• The insurance provider/TPA holds the sole discretion to approve or deny a cashless request based on policy terms. If denied, the patient is required to settle the bill directly with the hospital and may file for reimbursement later.
• Non-medical expenses (like registration fees, certain consumables, or diet charges not covered by policy) must be paid by the patient prior to discharge.
